To understand our target consumer better, I’ve initiated a comprehensive discovery phase: preparing a survey to gather insights on user motivations and spending habits. Based on the results, I’ve developed user personas and mapped customer journeys. These visualizations highlighted the steps user purchasing journeys, identifying key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
The rebranding process was a crucial component of the solution, encompassing several key elements: brand identity, product photography and store redesign to follow best practice of modern ecommerce.
We've produced in-house product shots, giving full control over style and quality, ensuring that final images were high-resolution and professionally edited to better showcase the quality of the products.
A new logo was developed to reflect the updated brand identity, increasing the appeal of store to the target audience.
Following the branding and product photography updates, I focused on building a visually appealing, simple and user-friendly design that facilitated easy navigation and a pleasant shopping experience, this laid out ground work to improve the web analytics tools and analyze user behavior in real time. Updated storefront UI was contemporary and minimal, communicating luxury through subdued palette and lasting beauty of crafted pieces.

As result of redesign process an outdated Wordpress theme was transformed into a modern, sleek and functional e-commerce store with enhanced functionality and strong brand identity.
